Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Assistant to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food or pharmaceutical industry. This role involves supporting the quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and company quality policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities observed during production.
- Collaborate with production staff to implement corrective actions and improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Participate in internal audits and inspections as required.
- Support training initiatives for production staff on quality standards and practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
