Our client a Commercial bank is looking to hire Project Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Support ITG timesheet data extraction for project cost recharge process;
- Analyze resources data and generate reports to Management;
- Provide staff On-off boarding and user access application support to ITG;
- Assist in Departmental Website update, ITG Documents review, reports preparation such as KPI/ KRI/ITG Monthly Report/training record;
- Assist to prepare presentation materials for trainings and meetings, act as presenter to ITG staff, if required;
- Assist in ad hoc requests from Management
A) Knowledge, Skill & Attributes
- Proficient in PC skills for Microsoft Office (includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);
- Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
- Experience of using MS SharePoint to maintain information hub and document repositories is preferred;
- Good organization skills, interpersonal & communication, problem solving and presentation skills;
- Detail-minded, organized, responsible and willing to learn;
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to take up challenge and work under pressure;
- Ability to priorities workload and manage deadlines in a systematic and organized manner;
- Self-initiative and ability to work independently
- Able to handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required;
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
B) Academic and Professional Qualification
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline;
C) Others
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Banking or IT is preferred
- Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
