Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scope, planning, budgeting, definition, and initiation of digital accounts and projects.
- Serve as the main account contact and cultivate relationships with clients through day-to-day interactions and account servicing.
- Become familiar with the client’s business objectives, communication strategies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to client’s needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of campaigns and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and manage projects, including but not limited to influencer campaigns, client events, and social media campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media, influencer marketing strategies, and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
- Liaise with internal teams to create and coordinate communication strategies that work across different channels.
- Knowledge of digital, mobile and social media environments and experience across a range of analytics platforms preferred.
- Degree qualifications with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within integrated marketing communications organizations.
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
- Experience in paid social on global and Chinese social media is a must.
- In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking aptitude.
- Familiarity with global influencers and media relationships; experience working with global influencers in fashion, sustainability, or tech is a plus.
- Understanding of macro topics, such as global economy, environment protection and international relations, would be a big plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese would be a bonus
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Account Executive position
