We are seeking an experienced QC Supervisor (Microbial) with over 5 years of relevant experience and a strong background in team management. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and will lead a team in ensuring the quality and safety of various materials including starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and oversee sampling and testing for various materials, including starting materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Review and manage Batch Production Records, various record forms, and test reports to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct and supervise microbiological testing of food, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with prior team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
- Background in microbiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical studies, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience with microbiological testing in food, TCM, and pharmaceuticals is a plus.
