• Manage, monitor and drive your portfolio to maximize conversion
• Be proactive to nurture and build your pipeline, re-engage customers and maximize inflow

• Identify risks to the customers successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues before they happen; Become a CSR expert to overcome objections
• Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report and contribute as necessary with the Team Leader, Management and other EcoVadis BU’s (Sales, Customer Success, etc) to bridge gaps that may exist between customer expectations & participation
• Be accountable to drive a set of KPIs (Conversion rate, Quality score, etc).

This position reports to the Head of MT and is expected to independently handle assigned accounts including activities planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of results, ensure sales targets are met utilizing assigned funding

Job description:

POSITION SCOPE

We will count on you to:

• Assist the consulting team in gathering, organizing, entering and analyzing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects. Strong focus on analysis of results and managing portions of projects; reviews the work of other analysts.
• Support analysis and review including underwriting and data analytics, while partnership with actuaries to support funding analysis.

• University degree or diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications. 
• At least 3 years' experience in account and project management, ideally on employees’ benefits program.  Knowledge of group medical and life insurance products is preferred.
