Kody, a fast-growing Fintech specialising in bringing online payments and better financial services to brick-and-mortar businesses, is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager Lead to join the team. Having completed Series A funding, Kody is poised for rapid growth and needs an experienced leader to manage and guide the Account Management team in line with its ambitious goals.

We are seeking a results-oriented, strategic, and experienced Account Manager to join our new Hong Kong team. This role focuses on client-facing responsibilities and will focus on fostering strong lasting relationships with our Enterprise clients.
As a key member of the Customer Success function, the Account Manager  will also play a pivotal role in shaping processes and strategies to support Kody’s growth. This position may involve global travel a few times a year.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
• Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, aligning Kody’s products and services with their goals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Gather and analyse client feedback, providing actionable insights to Product and Technology teams to enhance offerings and drive improvements.
• Support client onboarding processes by addressing technical and operational challenges, conducting training sessions, and ensuring clients maximise the value of Kody’s products.
• Streamline workflows and internal processes to enhance team efficiency while ensuring data security, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to leadership, contributing to strategic planning and product development initiatives.

• English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking, listening and reading skills are essential for this role
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a fintech, SaaS, or payment services company.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Willingness to travel globally as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the scope, planning, budgeting, definition, and initiation of digital accounts and projects.
• Serve as the main account contact and cultivate relationships with clients through day-to-day interactions and account servicing.
• Become familiar with the client’s business objectives, communication strategies, and internal stakeholders.

• Degree qualifications with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within integrated marketing communications organizations.
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies.
• Experience in paid social on global and Chinese social media is a must.
• In depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
• Well organized with excellent time management skills.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong networking aptitude.
• Familiarity with global influencers and media relationships; experience working with global influencers in fashion, sustainability, or tech is a plus.
• Understanding of macro topics, such as global economy, environment protection and international relations, would be a big plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
• Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese would be a bonus
• Less experienced candidates will be considered for the Senior Account Executive position

Our Key Account Manager role will see you directly impact sales for Link Healthcare in our Hong Kong operations and across the South East Asia region. This role will provide you with plenty of variety; reporting to the General Manager – Southeast Asia, you’ll build relationships with Healthcare Providers, Hospital Pharmacists and Procurement Specialists to drive sales and achieve set targets.  You’ll also work closely with our key accounts to promote our medicines access services.  The role is a hybrid position, working both in field and in our Kowloon Bay office, with opportunity for some flexible work arrangements.

On a day to day basis, you'll be responsible for:

• Territory analysis, planning and management
• Sales for commercial or registered medicines
• Key account management for our unlicensed medicines procurement services
• Service Coordination and Delivery
• Administrative support (licences, imports and similar) and reporting

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

·        Tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy or Medicine

·        Demonstrated experience in healthcare or hospital pharmaceutical sales

·        Exposure to selling a service (vs product) highly regarded

·        Well developed verbal and written communication (Cantonese and English)

·        Results, action oriented, tenacity, resilience, and compassion
