What You'll Be Doing

Job Description:

·        Provide accurate, timely and high quality customer-focused assistance. Responsible for the quality and delivery of technical support to customers on the technology used to deliver support of products and services and of related software to internal employees.

Demonstrate knowledge in all activities associated with incident, problem, and request resolution management of end user PC hardware and software issues in a Windows operating environment. Having experience with mainframe issues a plus.
Experience in the following: Most current Microsoft Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office Products.
Experience in Remote connectivity via VPN and VDI.

ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

• Responsible for all finance such as petty cash, invoicing, receipt of payments and management reports.

• Ensure that all enquiries are followed up on and that negotiations and closure are taking place.
• Manage the team and take responsibility for actively seeking and following up on leads, various membership sales, packages, negotiations, flex membership sales, private events and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Conduct high-quality, informative tours, and ensure that juniors are trained and mentored, providing them with feedback and areas for improvement to ensure every potential member has an exemplary tour and experience..

• Ensure events are executed to a high level and are related to the community’s interests, giving support where needed. Report on member feedback to the Events Team.

What you will do  

The team delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for BMS systems. You will be part of a growing project / service team of BMS driving new projects or maintaining customer’s facilities.

How you will do it

• Assist Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis and price negotiation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors for project implementation
• Handle project administration

What we look for

Required

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2 to10 years’ relevant experiences

 Preferred

• Effective interpersonal, presentation and project management skills
• Good problem solving techniques, organizing and planning ability
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline

• Repair and maintain BMS systems to ensure that the building and all its technical areas are regularly maintained to provide a safe, clean and functional environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or education background (Holders of certificates/diploma/High Diploma, etc)in engineering fields

• Supervise junior hotline service staff in providing professional hotline service to the public and tenants 
• Manage a team of CS staff in China
• Plan and administer daily manpower arrangement and provide on-the-job training & coaching for service excellence 
• Prepare reports and present data analysis summary for service review to management levels
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned 
• Occasional travel to China is required

• Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and organization skills with strong leadership and customer focus 
• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business-related disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service industry of which at least 1 year in supervisory or coaching role 
• Experience in tele-sales or with sales background is preferred
• Pro-active and creative personality
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) 
• Proficiency in MS applications (Power Point, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing) 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

What you will do

The Service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for HVAC systems. You will be part of a growing team leading engineers and technicians to maintain and support customer’s facilities.

How you will do it

• Supervise a team to provide support in maintenance, retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service and maintenance works, including hardware, software and trouble-shooting projects
• Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer and meet the agreed statement and quality standard
• Coordinate all the site works including those performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirement
• Prepare maintenance and retrofit proposal and tender
• Maintain good relationship with customers

What we look for

Required
