YOUR MISSION
Plan, organize & support the end to end logistics process of the Global Leadership Programs in Asia Pacific countries
Manage the e-learning platform, digital courses development/utilization & self-learning promotion
Administer the Learning Management System
Responsible for all learning-related projects/assignments
Handle the Training Sponsorship Program
Monitor the learning budgets across APAC
Collaborate with external facilitators/vendors for the provision of the training services
Take ownership of the delivery of the training programs/projects to ensure the outcome quality achieved
YOUR TALENT
Degree holder, minimum5 years of experience in learning & development
Previous experience in managing external vendors & leadership program is highly preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua & Cantonese )
Passionate in learning/people development
Great attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze data, trends & technologies
Strong planning & organization with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good at multitasking
