Our client a leading technology services company is looking hire Engineer.

As an Engineer in the IT Managed Services, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the technology environment at client sites, keeping the client informed of the state of their environments and for keeping your Team Manager accurately updated as to your status. 

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Follow procedures and instructions from your manager.
• Keep your Manager and Helpdesk aware of the status of your current and outstanding tasks, escalating when tasks take longer than expected. 
• Promptly update job status in ticketing and activity tracking systems.
• Remain contactable via phone during out of office hours.
• Perform upgrade / maintenance / support jobs during non-office hours.
• Conduct daily morning checks on meeting room facilities.
• Manage meeting room facilities readiness and troubleshoot when problems arise. 
• Handle equipment deliveries and rack mount IT equipment occasionally. 

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin
• Knowledge in Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms
• Troubleshooting Skills
• Industry certifications would be an advantage (MCITP/MCSE)
• 3+ years in a technology support role for Engineer
• Trade floor or financial services IT experience would be an advantage but not critical
• Diploma or above in fields of Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.

Johnson Electric is hiring an experienced mechanical engineering manager to:

• Support for the implementation of Siemens PLM;

• Standardization of machines parts and components, improve existing workflows and system;

• Work on continuous improvement projects to improve machine design capacity.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Develop JE standard libraries for automation and machinery. Work with machine design teams to complete standardization for purchasing parts and machining parts. Design standard modules for machines.

• Introduce new technologies to improve existing design capability. Deep dig to improve process engineering related stuff.

• Drafting content of machinery Design Handbook. Design workflow for machine manufacturing operations includes machining, assembly, debug and buy-off. Checking accuracy of SSG item, Library item and PCP.

• Design 3D review, Safety assessment and other machine building related processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Provide training to junior Design engineers, selected assembly technician and dedicated trainee on Design handbook and PLM.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Mechanical/Automation Engineering or related disciplines.

• At least 8 years working experience in Machine design, Machinery Manufacturing Process Engineering, Automation Design or similar field.

• Experienced on doing standardization for machine components, machine building processes.

• Have experience to work on Siemens PLM and build standard parts and machinign parts library.

• Solid experience to use Solidedge along with Siemens Teamcenter

• Strong detail oriented, problem solving and drive continuous improvement in existing working processes.

• Excellent communication and analytical skill to work with different cross functional teams.

• Good command on verbal and written English and Chinese.

• Work location: Jiangmen, Guangdong (Hostel provided)
