Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to architect and deploy Workspace technology solutions aligned with organizational goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for VDI, XenApp, IGEL, and Netscaler technologies. Take ownership of building and deploying new Workspace technologies in the APAC region. Manage assigned projects, working closely with support teams to ensure timely delivery. Efficiently troubleshoot and prioritize issues, driving a culture of root cause analysis.
