The primary focus of this role is to ensure all client media investments are billed on time and to act as the day-to-day client finance liaison for inquiries within the agency. Your collaborative efforts will extend to working with various stakeholders, including clients, client teams, agency finance, and the Shared Financial Services Centre teams (accounting/billing/AR/AP), both within the agency and across Assembly Global.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Establishing excellent relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring all clients’ finance needs are met. Providing day-to-day support to ensure all bookings are billed and paid in a timely manner, with a focus on optimizing late billings and unbilled media
• Coordinating with Client Introduction and Client Finance Teams from ERP Job Set-up to Revenue Recognition
• Develop and implement efficiency improvements to billing process and reduce billing errors and reduce unbilled balances
• Review WIP periodically including Advanced Billing, Fees and Deferred Fees (Revenue) reconciliations
• Support Accounts Receivable on aged balances to resolution
• Review and report on Media Spend per client and channel
• Support Accounting and Finance to improve working capital performance and processes around cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Conducting thorough reviews to ensure client contractual compliance 
• Ensure ERP (Maconomy) is in line with process and that job journals are used correctly and WIP is on the correct job.
• Actualize media investment that is billed on account
• Reconcile estimate billings in a timely manner
• Support Accounting and Finance with the month-end client level netting process
• Support in client audit

• 2 to 4 years previous experience as a Reconciliation Liaison or similar.  
• Media agency experience preferred
• Previous experience working with Maconomy/MediaOcean is preferred
• Knowledge of media best practices preferred
• Able to operate effectively in a matrix structure
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail orientated, with a natural ability to identify issues, create solutions and drive through to implementation

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to architect and deploy Workspace technology solutions aligned with organizational goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for VDI, XenApp, IGEL, and Netscaler technologies. Take ownership of building and deploying new Workspace technologies in the APAC region. Manage assigned projects, working closely with support teams to ensure timely delivery. Efficiently troubleshoot and prioritize issues, driving a culture of root cause analysis. Work independently and as part of a team to resolve escalated Tier II issues. Assist in the day-to-day operations of Workspace technologies, collaborating with support teams and driving problem resolution. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to keep the organization technologically competitive. Continuously update documentation and knowledge base articles. Facilitate cross-training on Workspace Technologies within the team. Support application maintenance and development activities for Citrix infrastructure in a global 24/7 environment. Establish and maintain vendor relationships, including conducting vendor review and analysis. Participate in after-hours support rotation and implementation when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in VDI engineering. Extensive knowledge of Netscaler, including build, design, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of ADM and its integration with Netscaler. Proficiency in GSLB, load balancing, SSL certs, and other standard Netscaler features. Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services and related technologies. Preferred experience with Windows 365 (CloudPC) and Citrix Access Gateway. Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, both on-premises and in Citrix Cloud. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Service Now, UIPath, Power Automate, and PowerShell. Deep understanding of Active Directory, group policies, OUs, and DNS. Proven ability to troubleshoot L3/L2/L1 issues and handle single-user problems. Deep knowledge of VMware and Nutanix. Experience with supporting and integrating Citrix infrastructure components like FAS, Cloud connectors, and Storefront. Experience integrating Citrix with AWS and Azure. Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining thin clients using IGEL. Familiarity with migration to and from Citrix Cloud. Familiarity with advanced features such as firewall, EPA, and network design principles. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and preferably Cantonese and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal skills, including networking, collaboration, communication, time management, and adaptability. Team player with a willingness to contribute to projects of all sizes.
