Responsibilities:
- Handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
- Liaise with customers and the sales team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
- Co-work with related collectors and handle some special invoices from key accounts request
- Upload the invoice into Laserfiche system for matching up the service docket within the time limit
- Handle the general administration works, and ad hoc tasks as required
- F.5 or above in Accounting
- At least 1 year relevant experience
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Independent and adaptable to change
- Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated with positive working attitude
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as officer position
- Immediate available is preferred
