About the Role
We’re now looking for a passionate Junior Cook to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

Setting up work sections
Preparing hot and cold dishes
Supporting your colleagues when needed
Adhering to health and hygiene procedures
Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standard at all time

Sense of responsibility within your role
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous

We’re now looking for an energetic Junior Cook to join our Pici Sha Tin, the destination for hand-rolled pasta made fresh daily in New Town Plaza. You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. About the Role
We are now looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join Calle Ocho, our innovative new Spanish tapas restaurant located in the retail epicentre, Causeway Bay.
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Head Chef as the second in command in kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards. You will also take ownership of back-of-house duties such as stock take and staff training.

3+ years experience working in the kitchen as a Chef de Partie
Knowledge of Spanish cuisine
