About the Role
We are looking for a highly ambitious and dependable HR professional to join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer.
You will play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent to support Pirata Group’s growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Proactively engage with passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles within the company
- Develop strong working relationships with Hiring Managers in the business driven by regular communication
- Oversee and take ownership of the complete recruitment life cycle, from taking the initial job brief, advertising, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and offering or regretting candidates
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process when needed
- Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and alignment with company culture and values
- Admin responsibilities, collecting references, writing interviews, and any other admin tasks
- Minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the F&B sector
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, volume recruitment, and candidate assessment methods
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software
- In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong labor market
- Strong sense of accountability
- Highly organized with solid administration skills
- Capable of working from own initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations
- A team player with a love for interacting with a wide variety of people, with excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, with good problem-solving skills
