About the Role

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• At least 12 years relevant IT experience in which 3 years are at managerial level.

• Familiar in IT security area such as network security, cyber security, encryption methodologies, IT security audit and risk assessment.

The Head of Mobile Engineering position is responsible for leading the team that creates and architects new mobile applications, maintaining and improving existing features on existing applications, and working with our Product team to develop innovative solutions that meet AH’s growing customer needs. They will be code contributors and will be full stack.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead all mobile application development, including the code base for the entire mobile application front-end
• Recruit other great, innovative front-end and full-stack engineers
• Work with proven, multi-exit successful Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to add to and create an awesome user experience
• Take an active role in product conception and design

Minimum Requirements:

About the Role

With specific focus on business units under the Regional Chief Executive (RCE)’s purview, the incumbent is responsible to support the RCE in reviewing the business strategy and plans to ensure the business plan is in line with Group strategy. Serves as a business partner to the RCE and plays a key role in supporting and partnering the local business units under the RCE’s jurisdiction.

Knowledge on Application, Workspace Technology, Infrastructure and Data architectures for On-premise and Cloud solutions. Knowledge of architectural frameworks and the ability to produce effective design principles. Knowledge on Enterprise grade systems infrastructure. Experience on providing total solution on infrastructure services i.e. Provisioning, Automation, Monitoring, Security, Resilience, Backup and Recovery, etc. Experience on providing solution design for integration of SaaS services with cloud/on-premises components. e.g. Single Sign-On, SIEM, etc. Experience on providing Active Directory and Email solutions. Demonstrate a wider view of the technology trends in the industry and communicate a passion for digital products and services. Ability to quickly comprehend new technologies and assess their potential impact and value for the organization. Exposure to Workspace Technology design and implementation is a plus. Strategic, innovative, strong problem solver and wiling to challenge status quo. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
