Position Overview:

The Head of OTC Sales for Crypto will lead and manage the OTC sales division within a leading cryptocurrency trading platform or financial institution. The role is responsible for driving business development, managing high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional clients, and overseeing a team that delivers tailored crypto solutions to institutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, and other high-value clients. This position requires deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, strong sales and relationship management expertise, and a proven ability to build and execute sales strategies that expand the firm’s market presence and revenue in the OTC crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share for the OTC crypto trading desk.
• Lead, manage, and inspire the OTC sales team to build relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, including hedge funds, institutional investors, family offices, and other high-net-worth individuals looking to trade large volumes of cryptocurrency.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing tailored solutions, insights, and support for complex OTC transactions.
• Identify and target new clients, business opportunities, and markets to increase OTC crypto trading volume and revenue.
• Collaborate with the trading desk, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and scale the OTC sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring top talent.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture, ensuring team members are well-equipped to build client relationships, close large trades, and meet performance goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in OTC sales or institutional trading, with a focus on digital assets or cryptocurrencies.
• Proven success in sales, with a track record of acquiring and managing high-net-worth and institutional clients in the crypto or financial markets.
• Experience working within the cryptocurrency industry or with digital assets, and a deep understanding of the mechanics of OTC crypto trading.
• Strong understanding of financial products, blockchain technology, digital asset trading, and market structure in crypto.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and clients.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of OTC trading mechanics, risk management, and best practices in crypto asset management.

Position Summary

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Hex Trust. You will lead a small team of marketing professionals and work hand in hand with Heads of Business to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services to our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Work seamlessly with Heads of Business to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
• Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.
• Identify and oversee successful Panels and Side Events at leading industry conferences.
• Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment.
• Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Though not required, experience or a strong interest in the digital asset space is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, influence and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Executive is required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations; to monitor the operating processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and maintain in good quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1.        Reporting to Sales Account Manager on performance of the sales and project follow up;

2.        Explore new business opportunities, establish & maintain excellent relationships with clients;

3.        Initiate and execute the sales action plan directed by supervisors in order to achieve the projected sales targets;

4.        Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specification or direct sales of company’s products and services;

5.        Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining image of the company;

6.        Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specification to after sales follow up;

7.        Preparation for all sales & warranty documentation and maintain the completed and updated customer related records;

8.        Conducting service/product review to collect the customer satisfaction and feedback;

9.        Supporting an effective implementation and enhancement of the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) i.e. ISO operations; and

10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned if necessary

1.        Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management preferable;

2.        Fluent spoken & written skills in English & Cantonese;

3.        Good team player with strong initiative & able to work under pressure;

4.        Self-motivated, willingness to learn & hard-working;

5.        Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred

6.        Possess existing network with contractors, consultants and developers is highly preferred; candidates with relevant background will be considered as Senior Technical Sales Executive;

7. Fresh graduates with interest in sales & marketing will be considered, training will be provided.

1.      Basic Salary: negotiable depending on existing salary and relevant experience

2.      Guaranteed 13th month payment and Quarterly discretionary performance bonus (after 6 months’ service, normally 1-1.5 month per quarter)

3.      Annual Leave: 12 days (increased by years of service to maximum 17 days)

5.      Other expenses reimbursement, e.g. Travel $3,000 / Entertainment

6. Training allowance $5,000/year after 6 months’ service
