About the Role
To execute agency marketing and promotional related campaigns so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality messages for agency management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working with team to produce and deliver marketing and promotion campaigns
- Create marketing collateral and keep track of all materials and manage launch schedule
- Monitoring performance and review of marketing campaigns
- Social media management
- Copywriting and Proofreading
- Event organisation from logistics and execution
- Communication with various parties including agencies, vendors, designers and others
- Manage advertising campaigns
- Handling reporting and attend meetings
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University degree prefer in marketing, communication and/or business
- Advance level in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
- Proficient in design software
- Social Media savvy
- Good verbal and written presentation skills
- Good copywriting skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
- Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary
