Liaise and coordinate with international government departments on behalf of executives
Conduct policy reviews and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Perform errands and handle various ad hoc projects as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
Bachelor's Degree or higher in International Business, International Affairs, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent communication, organizational, and professional writing skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in liaising and coordinating with international governmental departments
Experience in policy review and compliance
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
