We are now looking for an energetic Cleaner to join The Pizza Project Central, the buzzing flagship of our pizza restaurant for the people, on lively Peel Street.
You will be responsible for setting up the cleaning station and dishwashing machine. You will be following health and safety regulations, and ensure a clean and safe environment for the guests.

Duties & Responsibilities
Support the kitchen team with cleaning and dishwashing duties
Sanitise and maintain cleanliness of the dishwasher machine
Unload dishes and utensils from the dishwasher machine and organise them properly
Empty trash containers regularly
Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping when needed
Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
Able to handle a physically demanding role
Positive attitude with teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility for your role
Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous

Assist to supervise licensing related works and offer advice on licensing issues.
Provide compliance advice to the different business units in relation to securities brokerage and wealth management business.
Review and advise on legal and compliance contracts and documentation.
Handle and implement compliance requests with internal stakeholders to enhance the internal controls and procedures as well as the system of the company.
Manage internal and external audit, enquiries, regulatory filings, inspections and investigations from the auditors, exchanges and regulators.
Conduct compliance training.
Perform ad hoc compliance projects as assigned.
Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in financial institutions, and fintech company experience is an advantage.
Professional qualification on AML or compliance is an advantage.
Sound knowledge in rules and regulations of Securities and Futures Commission and relevant regulatory requirements.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, detailed oriented with good inter-personal skill and strong problem solving skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Duties & Responsibilities
Be a champion of service and ensure the restaurant consistently hits guest satisfaction targets
Lead, mentor, and develop the team
Deal decisively and effectively with any issues
Meet financial targets through the application of sound and agile business plans
Work closely with your Head Chef, Director of Operations, and our Marketing team to ensure the restaurant is positioned correctly in the highly competitive local market
Ensure that the venue adheres to local Health and Safety laws
Implement effective back-of-house systems and procedures
Write staff rosters and manage annual leaves and staff absences
Control the cost of goods by overseeing, maintaining and optimizing stock levels
A minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant with more than one hundred covers
Will have managed a large team of staff, both front and back of house
Have a complete understanding of restaurant finances and be P&L-accountable
A tangible record of driving sales within a commercial restaurant environment
Excellent communication skills
