In this role, you will:

• Assist in sampling and testing of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Support the QC team in efficiently allocating work and resources to frontline QC staff

• Carefully review batch production records, QC forms, and test reports
• Participate in validation activities, equipment calibration, and product stability studies
• Monitor environmental conditions like compressed air and purified water

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree holder in Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines 
• At least 5 years of experience from either the pharmaceutical/ food industry
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience at supervisory level 
• Experience in microbiological testing of FOOD, TCM and pharmaceutical 
• Familiar with PIC/s GMP is an advantage 
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese 
• Candidates with less experience, will be considered as Sr. Supervisor / Supervisor
