Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of a wide range of purchasing activities include sourcing, PO processing and follow up Ensure supply chain process as order fulfilment, purchasing, logistic arrangement, preparation invoice, delivery note and shipping documents Monitor the stock level with inventory planning and management Follow up with internal project team to review and prioritize the supply based on actual demand and shipment situation Prepare the purchasing and inventory report for management team Manage daily procurement and logistics activities as required Support and handle the delivery of equipment and materials to Customers, ensure equipment and materials are delivered according to the schedule Assist in monitoring and reviewing market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works Assist in sourcing, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers, maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and contractors Requirement: Very good at communicating and negotiating, good teamwork Familiar with the procurement process. More than three years of procurement experience is preferred. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Cheerful personality, Highly motivated, responsible, aggressive and sense of speed in operation. Diploma Graduates in Business Management or above Proficient in MS Excel & Word & PowerPoint; Immediate available is preferred.
