You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
Identify potential manufacturers in Europe and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.

Job Purpose:
The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.
Responsibilities:
Assist in creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets, including business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
Implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners and carry out marketing programs to support product group objectives.
Developing an understanding of markets, customers’ needs and competition.
Assist in designing effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfilment and inventory obsolescence minimization.
Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.
Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships, ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction

The Customer Supply Chain Manager will work hand-in-hand with internal sales and in-store teams as well as E-commerce partners, driving our operational execution and supply chain service levels. Role Accountabilities:
Communicate Supply Chain updates in a pro-active, informative, and collaborative manner to manage expectations for new stores, new products, marketing activity, operational delays, out of stocks, etc.

Provide support to Regional Supply Chain lead and the sales team on the performance of the day-to-day operations and operational concerns.
Understand operational weaknesses and highlight/implement solutions to improve customer service and delivery efficiencies.
Validate the order request and manage the order fulfilment for Retailers.
Prepare CSC service performance dashboard, New Product Launch run-rate, ad-hoc reports and presentations on request.
Review and setup process flow, and support the system implementation if needed.
Reporting Relationships:
Reporting into the Regional Supply Chain lead
Supporting the regional sales functions as the first of point of contact on order management queries.
Key Selection Criteria:
A strong educational background
At least 4+ years of experience in supply chain management role including order management.
Experience working with logistics providers and able to demonstrate experience in driving operational performance improvement.
Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result.
Showing outstanding attention to detail, identifying, and addressing anomalies quickly
Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain including supply and demand planning.
Experience with an ERP, WMS and POS system is a must, someone IT savvy who is able to bring experience of improved information sharing.
