Job Duties:

• Manage guests' enquiries and feedbacks in any form from all channels in a courteous and efficient manner
• Perform daily administrative works on monitoring guests' feedback across all platforms
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with cross departments for overall smooth operations
• Coordinate and facilitate guests' orders from enquiry through to completion
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor 

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Friendly, Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Open-minded, ambitious, and independent thinker
• Immediately available will be an advantage
