Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budget management, forecasting, and strategy development. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of financial management experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing finance teams and leading financial strategy and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
• Prior experience in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is highly desirable.
