Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall HR operations and functions of the organization
• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks
• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs, documentation, and exit interviews
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, including payroll administration and leave management
• Assist in employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in HR reporting and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles
• Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and regulations
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
