Coordinate and manage loan applications
Provide coaching for existing Service Ambassadors
Collect the market information for product positioning
Handle complaints from customers
Assist Department Head to devise and implement strategic plan & system to enhance service quality and business effectiveness
Implement human resources management in the department to enhance job satisfaction and capabilities of department members and to ensure appropriateness of job allocation
Devote to ad hoc projects to achieve Company strategic plan
Bachelor degree or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
At least 6 years of working experience in relevant field (retail experience will also be considered)
Excellent conflict management and problem solving skills
Mature, able to work under pressure with strong sense of confidentially
Strong leadership and people management skills
Independent, proactive and attentive to details
High initiative to give useful suggestion / advice to enhance sales performance in align with Company strategy & visions
Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by top management independently and in good quality
Good command of spoken and written Chinese
