Main Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates
• Inspire and motivate team to work towards a collective goal
• Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads, in particular Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People & Culture

Retail Performance & Operations: Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention

• Manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
• Develop, improve and optimise retail processes to improve productivity and store operations
• Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
• Oversee store inventory levels and ensure the highest level of inventory accuracy by monitoring, scheduling and ordering inventory as required
• Conduct Stock Taking exercises at several intervals in the year, or as and when required.
• Maintain outstanding store conditions and work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to optimize displays in-store
• Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
• Recruit, coach, and build a robust team of Part Time and Full Time employees who strongly believe and live out the LB vision and mission
• Inspire and enable the team to provide a top notch and considerate service to all customers through training and mentoring
• Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

• 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
• 3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
• Numerate and tech-savvy
• Open to working various shifts and able to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!

The role 

You will be responsible for continuously delighting and exciting the LB community through our thoughtful assortment and superb merchandising strategy and implementation. Reporting directly to our Senior Director, Buying & Merchandising, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Love, Bonito through our exhilarating scale-up season.

Main responsibilities

• Drive and implement merchandising strategies that align with LB identity and DNA, target market, seasonal trends and sales forecasts
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and risks in the market
• Partner with Buying to place initial buys and lead on allocations across country channels
• Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make informed decisions about product assortments, reorder quantities, and markdown strategies
• Analyse sales performance to identify opportunities and make timely adjustments; detailed reporting and sharing with country and channel regional teams
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, visual merchandisers and retail area managers to ensure that products are displayed effectively to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience
• Partner with marketing on product launches, promotions, and campaigns to maximise visibility and generate excitement around new arrivals and key fashion trends
• Monitor inventory levels, turnover rates, and sell-through percentages to optimise stock levels and minimise excess inventory and markdowns
• Implement inventory control measures, such as stock replenishment, allocation and transfers, to ensure that stores have adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Works closely with Planning team to Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and implement strategies to minimise markdowns, clear end of life and liquidate excess inventory to suitable partners or organisations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, marketing, e-commerce, retail and VM, to align merchandising strategies with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to share insights, coordinate activities, and address any issues or challenges related to merchandise planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers, vendors, and industry contacts, to stay informed about market trends, product availability, and emerging opportunities
• Lead, nurture and inspire a high performing and passionate merchandising team

Main Responsibilities

VM Fundamentals

• Deliver VM direction and guideline to a cluster of HK stores team and make sure that store can deliver the VM to meet global standards
• Responding and PIC of HK Stores VM team at make sure they can deliver the best VM standards to the store, support their queries and bridges those queries to the HQ VM or AM and team to support them for the solutions and improvement eg : Layout planning, Mannequins suggestion or adjustment, Product Display at stores, Graphic usage in the stores etc…
• Optimise VM display on a daily basis in our the cluster of stores under your responsibility and support to maximise sales with VM technique (minimum visit with Area Manager 2 times per week). 

• Lead VM strategy in your cluster of stores when layout change with new arrivals. 
• Support the training session with Retail Training that relates the VM to the store team. To make sure all stores have the same understanding and acknowledge the VM direction. 
• Support store opening set up for HK new store opening or by request.
• VM meeting session for the action plan and key message of each week. - Fixture and VM equipment management : Gathering the request or feedback from the store team and sending it to HQ VM for the support request. 

Commercial Focus

• Understand customers profile each store in HK and can suggest the team for Layout, MQ outfit styling or Product display in store 
• Aware of the product focus ( Depth, Bestseller & Slow moving) and able to create the action or suggestion to the stores.
• Understand Brand DNA’s and can adapt to each store that has different customer profiles.

The role

You will be responsible for bringing our Love, Bonito brand to life in Hong Kong via our store, as part of our mission to become the largest and most thoughtful brand for Asian women globally.

As our Store Manager in Hong Kong, you will lead the roll-out and running of our retail stores and pop-ups throughout the city, as we expand our reach more aggressively in market over the next few years. Main responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

The role

You will be responsible for bringing our Love, Bonito brand to life in Hong Kong via our store, as part of our mission to become the largest and most thoughtful brand for Asian women globally.

As our Store Manager in Hong Kong, you will lead the roll-out and running of our retail stores and pop-ups throughout the city, as we expand our reach more aggressively in market over the next few years. Main responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:

• Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates
• Inspire and motivate team to work towards a collective goal
• Collaborate closely with all other functional team leads in particular Commercial, Operations, Marketing and People & Culture

Retail Performance & Operations:

• Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management, Visual Merchandising, Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention
• Drive store performance via retail strategies, customer experience, service and visual merchandising
• Manage the overall store operations to ensure a consistent and solid Love, Bonito experience, which includes daily stand-ups, retail training, customer service training, inventory management, stockroom management, order replenishments, visual merchandising, manpower planning, stock take etc.
• Conduct manpower resource planning for both permanent and temporary retail staff; manage shift schedules and retail staff budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
• Oversee general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including goods receiving & transfers and cashier balancing
• Be present and operating on retail floor as floor manager
• Develop strategies to enhance the store customer experience and drive sales performance by conducting weekly business reviews to expand our customer base, increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Conduct weekly business reviews with team to increase traffic, expand base, retain customers and optimize profitability
• Collaborate closely with Regional Head of Retail Operations in ensuring consistency and the roll-out of retail best practices
• Work closely with CCO & Country Manager in the sourcing and launching of new stores

The role

You will be responsible for operational and customer excellence, training and people development, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Through an establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy & procedural implementation, the Area Manager actively engages and collaborates with all stakeholders to develop operational efficiency and scalability. This role will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we continue to expand our retail reach in Singapore over the next few years. Reporting directly to the Country director, you will analyse, interpret and report operational business results to ensure that the overall success of a cluster of stores is attained.

Main responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Meet group and company KPIs by leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Stores in Charge to strongly believe and live out the LB vision and mission
• Inspire and motivate entire store teams to work towards a collective goal through a close partnership with the leadership teams in each store
• Continuously conduct succession planning for all stores by external hiring, or foster internal career development and growth by building the skills and capabilities of existing team members
• Champion employee engagement and promote a collaborative and inclusive environment for a robust team of Part Time and Full Time girls
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and stance on people and operational guidelines

Retail Performance & Operational Excellence

• Responsible for P/L for the directly operated retail stores for the assigned region
• Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives designed to drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operation efficiency and productivity
• Take all actions necessary to achieve sales objectives, and define best corrective actions (both short term and long term
• Work closely with Retail Operations team to continuously develop the retail processes to increase productivity and ensure efficiency in all store operations aspects
• Conduct analysis of product trends and P.O.S. potential to ensure adequate and appropriate stock levels
• Support Commercial(Merchandising) Team in the definition of product and price strategies by providing feedback from the retail stores
• Collaborate with Marketing and growth team in special events to enhance the brand image and sales;
• Partner with HQ Training to promote retail and operation training to store staff to ensure quality service is maintained within all stores
• Maintain outstanding store conditions to optimise layout and displays in-store; support brand and visual campaigns of new tacticals and launches.
• Conduct manpower resource planning for all stores; manage shift schedules and human cost budget to achieve optimal staffing levels for excellence in the brand's customer experience, according to peak hours, days, and seasonality
• Partner with People and Culture team to ensure the proper development of people in stores through the diffusion of the best practices and the direct involvement into business activities
• Undertake financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budgets; provide reports and resolutions to ensure an efficient resource usage to increase profitability
• Assist the Regional Director to develop new business opportunities in both existing locations and new locations
• Build good relationships with landlords and developers

[HQ] Collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with Retail Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the brainstorming and execution of campaigns, events, and store openings
• Together with Retail CoE, identify business opportunities and actively engage in anticipating business impact or roll out plans; provide input in developing effective and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Report to senior management on progress and issues by constantly evaluating performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it

Qualifications & Experience

The role

Main Responsibilities

Training Execution

• Conduct First Day Orientation training so that the retail new hires are aligned on basic store operations, policies and SOPs
• Conduct core training sessions for the retail organisation using various training methods to engage the retail team, including hands-on and interactive activities
• Execute the Train-the-Trainers program to train retail store leaders to train their teams in all store operations SOPs

Analysis and Reporting

• Evaluate individual performances and provide feedback on employees, both positive and constructive post-training
• Prepare monthly post-training reports to analyse the effectiveness of training programs within the month
• Collaborate with Retail Operations Manager and Global Retail Trainer to identify gaps from customer feedback and staff complaints; and determine further training needs and programs

Administrative

• Oversee the training curriculum in the market by building an effective training calendar
• Maintain and update the training tracker to ensure completion of training for retail team within targeted timeframes
• Maintain an accurate database of training materials by determining what changes need to be made and keep the materials relevant and updated (and aid in market localisation, if necessary)
