Proficiency in GSLB, load balancing, SSL certs, and other standard Netscaler features. Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services and related technologies. Preferred experience with Windows 365 (CloudPC) and Citrix Access Gateway. Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, both on-premises and in Citrix Cloud. Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Service Now, UIPath, Power Automate, and PowerShell. Deep understanding of Active Directory, group policies, OUs, and DNS. Proven ability to troubleshoot L3/L2/L1 issues and handle single-user problems. Deep knowledge of VMware and Nutanix. Experience with supporting and integrating Citrix infrastructure components like FAS, Cloud connectors, and Storefront. Experience integrating Citrix with AWS and Azure. Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining thin clients using IGEL. Familiarity with migration to and from Citrix Cloud.
