The role is responsible for driving business development, managing high-net-worth (HNW) and institutional clients, and overseeing a team that delivers tailored crypto solutions to institutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, and other high-value clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share for the OTC crypto trading desk.
