Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HRBP from a fintech, virtual/digital banking, crypto, or internet industry background to join our fast-paced and dynamic organization where human capital drives success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and culture. As a core member of the HR team, you will partner closely with various departments to craft tailored HR strategies and solutions that empower our employees and align with business objectives. From recruitment to strategic planning, you will influence key decisions, enhance employee experiences, and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with various departments within the company to understand business needs and provide appropriate HR solutions and support.
- Responsible for the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluation, and providing feedback to ensure employees' work performance aligns with company objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues, including employee complaints, dispute resolution, and employee departures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies to support the company's long-term development goals.
- Collaborate with senior management, providing HR consultation and advice to assist in strategic decision-making and organizational changes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience in HRBP or a related role, preferably within fintech, virtual/digital banking, crypto, or other fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with labor laws and best practices in HR management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong working relationships with employees at different levels and backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing business needs.
- Possess a spirit of teamwork, able to effectively manage teams and collaborate with others.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professional ethics, able to handle sensitive information and situations.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
