Our client is a Logistics Company and they are seeking a Payment Support Assistant provide the general support in Risk & Finance Department.
The successful candidate will be :-
Reporting to Risk Control & Finance Department Manager, responsible for securing customer payments by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities: -
• Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques, electronic payments and credit card transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate customers receipts updating
• Work with Billing team to ensure timely update of invoice and Operations team to ensure timely submission of cash/ cheques collected
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Billing team, Customer Service and Operations department
• Contact customers for collecting payment shortfall or payment refund by both telephone calls and emails
Requirements:-
• Diploma Holder or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in credit or accounting field with customer interface exposure
• LCCI Level 2 or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, customer focused and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS Office applications, especially with knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
