Description:

For this position, we are looking for a L1 Service Desk Analyst to assist one of our client - a leading European bank to provides support for basic incident resolution and requests reported to the regional service desk.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a single point of contact and support internal staff via phone calls, emails, live chat and self-service tickets from internal staff regarding IT related issues and queries.
• 1st line support: troubleshooting of IT related problems
• Escalate unresolved issues / requests to the corresponding helpdesk (L2/L3 support)
• Take ownership of users’ problems, follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate the status to users in a timely manner
• Update all taken actions and information into ticketing system in a timely manner
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries
• Maintain knowledge database to ensure all information is up to date
• Define new and improve existing processes and workflows
• Capable to manage projects, documentations or tasks given by the manager
• Responsible on managing end user online request forms

• Open to Work in Shift: Monday to Friday (6am – 3pm/8:00am – 5:00pm/9:30am-6:30pm)

• Fluent in English

For this position, we are looking for an Application Support Analyst who can assist one of our clients - a leading investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the trading applications of Equities & Derivatives Trading (Stocks, ETF, Warrants, Options & Futures) on various APAC markets in Windows/Linux platform
• Required to support traders, troubleshoot and diagnose functional and technical issues in the production environment
• Management and tracking of daily production problems and user request; ensure effective and timely resolution and communication to the client; report bugs back to local / overseas development teams
• Be responsible for handling business-driven or exchange-driven projects
• Conduct system Quality Assurance testing, perform deployment or upgrade of mission critical trading applications and systems
• Ensure adequate performance and operation of the systems - monitor the performance ⁄ operation, diagnose and address any problems
• Follow ITIL Application Support methodology to carry out incident escalation and system change management procedures
• Provide system and process documentation
• Morning / Lunch shift duty, weekend and holiday work are required

We are looking for a Technical Test Analyst based in Hong Kong to assist one of our clients - a Leading Investment Bank. This is a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for test phase/s assigned – ST, SIT, UAT, Failover Test, Capacity Test, and Performance Test
• Follow the defined testing standards and procedures
• Record defects, problems, and issues in accordance with the defined processes
• Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process
• Inform QA Lead and QA Team of any issues that may affect the schedule or quality of the product or the testing process.
• Be responsible for test activities including development of test artefacts, execution of tests, reporting issues/defects to the project team, and follow up on issues for the assigned projects
• Solves problems using data-driven techniques and able to look for patterns in data
• Onshore coordination (India QA Team, Business Analyst, Development Team and Production Management Team Etc )

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• UNIX / LINUX Commands. UNIX scripting skills will be highly regarded
• SQL scripting
