The role

We are thrilled to welcome a talented Product Creation and Sourcing Specialist to join our innovative and fast-paced team in Hong Kong. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of creating captivating digital content that elevates our brands' online presence and enhances the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with and manage external creatives, including copywriters, videographers, and photographers, to produce high-quality, visually stunning content.
• Design a diverse range of marketing materials, from eye-catching product photography and lifestyle imagery to engaging videos, brochures, and detailed product descriptions.
• Be involved in every step of the branding journey, from crafting mood boards to bringing websites and digital experiences to life with your design expertise.
• Ensure the timely delivery of exceptional creative assets that not only meet but exceed our brand standards.
• Bring fresh ideas and contribute feedback on the design and aesthetics of physical products, helping to shape the future of our offerings.

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital growth and success of our premium brands, working closely with our Managing Director and a passionate team of innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations, enhancing the overall user experience.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to elevate our brands’ online visibility and drive growth across digital channels.
• Oversee the creation and management of engaging content, from compelling product descriptions and high-quality images to promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
• Collaborate with external partners, including leading digital agencies and tech providers, to continuously innovate and enhance our e-commerce efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers from start to finish.

We are hiring a Product Design and Sourcing expert to join our team in Hong Kong. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identify potential manufacturers and establish relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Manage the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Be in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
