The role
We are thrilled to invite a motivated and talented professional to join our Hong Kong team as a E-Commerce Growth and Marketing Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital growth and success of our premium brands, working closely with our Managing Director and a passionate team of innovators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations, enhancing the overall user experience.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to elevate our brands’ online visibility and drive growth across digital channels.
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content, from compelling product descriptions and high-quality images to promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with external partners, including leading digital agencies and tech providers, to continuously innovate and enhance our e-commerce efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers from start to finish.
