SUMMARY

This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for support full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations management for assigned countries
• Provide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding
• Ensure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice 
• Prepare HR related data for cost allocation and tracking
• Provide current human resources related advice, guidance and support to our employees
• Upkeeping accurate employment records and database
• Support in preparing and consolidating HR related analysis and regular reports
• Organize staff activities and related events
• Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, HR related projects and ad hoc tasks assigned

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in retail industry
• Well versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinances 
• Candidate with experience in Singapore and Macau payroll would be an advantage
• Independent with ability to multi-task and to stay highly organized in the event of fast changing retail environment and competing deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learn
• Detail-minded and being able to work under pressure

Must-have

 - Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance sales in banking (Sales experience in universal life insurance policy is preferable)

 - HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least passes in Chinese and Mathematics OR English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 / ""Attained"" or above) plus relevant work experience

Job Purpose

• Responsible for overseeing the Hong Kong and Macau regions, acting as a business

partner to provide comprehensive support to retail partners.

• Execute HR programs and initiatives related to talent management, employee

engagement, and brand development, in collaboration with the APAC HR and Retail

teams, aligning with the company’s strategic direction.

• Regularly compile personnel and productivity reports for management evaluation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with retail partners to ensure the effective delivery of HR services,

including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, career development,

and performance management.

• Maintain effective communication with staff through various channels and

occasions, fostering a professional and collaborative relationship.

• Conduct frequent store visits to build strong relationships with store staff and

management, ensuring engagement and teamwork.

• Identify development needs within store management and sales teams, providing

appropriate support and guidance.

• Enhance knowledge of the market and business to collaborate with HRBP, C&B, and

Job Qualifications & Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience in a sizable organization, ideally

within the retail sector.

• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, local regulations, and compliance

requirements in Hong Kong and Macau.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to positively influence others.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Executive is required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations; to monitor the operating processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and maintain in good quality standard.

Responsibilities:

1.        Reporting to Sales Account Manager on performance of the sales and project follow up;

2.        Explore new business opportunities, establish & maintain excellent relationships with clients;

3.        Initiate and execute the sales action plan directed by supervisors in order to achieve the projected sales targets;

4.        Liaise with clients and site personnel to obtain specification or direct sales of company’s products and services;

5.        Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining image of the company;

6.        Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specification to after sales follow up;

7.        Preparation for all sales & warranty documentation and maintain the completed and updated customer related records;

Job Description

• Identify new potential business partners and contacts to achieve business expansion goals.
• Develop collaborations with high-quality merchants for the deployment of "Power Buddy" shared charging stations in high-traffic venues such as hotels, shopping malls, popular restaurants, KTV clubs, bars, tourist attractions, hospitals, transportation hubs, exhibition centers, and large chain stores.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation and increase transaction volumes.

What you’ll be doing? 

• Responsible for following up with and signing contracts with merchants, as well as the tuning, installation, and training of merchants after equipment delivery.
• Conduct routine maintenance after installation, engage in ongoing merchant cooperation and customer relationship management, pursue further development and deepen collaborations.
• Analyze daily transaction data to assess equipment usage and adjust strategies to maximize device efficiency.
• Collect feedback from merchants and users on the use of the charging stations, resolve issues encountered during use, and enhance user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various company departments to help improve operational efficiency.
