About the role

We are looking for a candidate who is accountable and attentive to detail, ideally possessing at least 1 year of experience in the banking or financial sector. As part of this position, you will assist the credit team with credit monitoring and documentation tasks.

What you need to do

• Credit Post Drawdown Monitoring: Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients’ credit positions post drawdown.
• Companies Registry Checks: Regularly review and verify information from the companies registry to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Watermark Monitoring: Implement and manage watermark monitoring processes to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Document Verification: Review and verify clients’ documents to ensure strict compliance with credit approval terms.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on credit monitoring activities and findings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and risk management teams to improve credit positions.
• Ad-hoc: Perform any credit related ad-hoc projects or tasks.

What you need to have

• Degree holder, preferably in finance, accounting or other business related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in bank corporate or financial industry administration and documentations. 
• Proficient in using excel, eg. Pivot table, Vlookup and filter function

Responsibilities:

• Handle the outstanding balance accounts payment and follow up with customer finance / Account / Procurement departments directly.
• Follow up overdue accounts receivable with both external/ internal customers in resolving disputes and settlement negotiation to facilitate the settlement process.
• Collaborate with internal business units for some special invoice requests by the key accounts.
• Assist with Credit Control Manager to perform the ageing and other required analysis on credit facilities by utilizing Microsoft office applications or Google documents.
• Assist with Credit Control Manager on the data maintenance of the credit control system to help on data accuracy from time to time.
• Handle the general administration works, and ad hoc tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting or other related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting, where the experience in Account Receivables or Credit Control is a plus.
• Personal encountered in using various accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, data analysis, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft office, especially in the Excel and Word.
• Independent and adaptable to change.
• Good team player with a good sense of responsibility.

• Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts

• Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan

• Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement

• Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

About the role

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Officer - Credit Administration. This role reports to the Associate Director of Credit Administration to ensure the necessary documentation is properly executed to protect the platform and relevant stakeholders’ interest and that all condition precedents comply with the approved terms & conditions.

What you need to have

• Ensure availability of credit facilities strictly comply with established credit policies, guidelines and approved terms and conditions, as well as regulatory requirements;
• Perform credit administration functions including preparing and reviewing standard credit facility letters and loan documentation;
• Follow up and ensure proper execution of facilities letters and loan documents to protect the interest of the platform and relevant stakeholders;
• Perform day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of risk-related function and work pro-actively with internal and external business partners to ensure efficient delivery of services;
• Work with internal and/or external legal & compliance personnel to ensure a standard of documentation is compliant with the latest legal and regulatory framework.

• Higher diploma or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Knowledge and experience in handling loan documents and collaterals, as well as acquainted with the workflow of credit facilities drawdown/operation;
• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of running a top-quality, high-volume venue. Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operations
