We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative Assistant to support our HR team. This role requires a strong ability to assist with HR operations, manage day-to-day administrative tasks, and provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with ease.

• Office Management:
• Oversee the replenishment and ordering of office pantry
• Ensure the office supplies & equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
  
• HR Operational Support:
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing access cards and other necessary documentation.
• Support the People Operations team on payroll preparation
• Assist with vendor management, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Handle any ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as required to support the team and ensure smooth office operations
  
• Employee Experience:
• Support the planning and execution of employee experience events.
• Assist with the management of employee experience at other campuses across Hong Kong.
  
• IT and Asset Management:
• Collaborate with the IT department to manage company equipment and other assets related to employee usage.
• Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of office and IT equipment
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration or HR is a plus.
• Previous experience in office administration or HR support is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of up-to-date AI tools is a MUST
• Knowledge of HRIS system is a PLUS
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Hong Kong Sea School Boarding Secondary School Location: Stanley Roles & responsibilities: (a)  Provide accounting and clerical support to School general office; (b)  Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records; (c)  Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements; (d)  Reconcile accounts in a timely manner; (e)  Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database; and (f)  perform any other duties as assigned.
