Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit documentation and the timely resolution of audit findings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Compliance Professional) is preferred. 3 years of experience in internal control, compliance, audit, or a related field. Experience in conducting risk assessments, control testing, and evaluating control effectiveness. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
