• Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team
• Introduce company's products to customers by phone
• Handle potential customer cases and enquiries in professional manner

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years’ working experience in sales support and administration
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Able to manage multi-tasking and committed to meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-minded and commit to the job
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint, with fast typing speed (Chinese and English)
• Sound knowledge of Loan products
• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Responsible for greeting all the visitors and provide client services to the public waiting area.
• Assisting visa applicants in obtaining application forms for visas, passports, giving information on visas, passports, checking applications to make sure that they are sufficient.
•  Perform any other additional administrator duties when needed.

• Ideally one year of experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within a reception or administrator position however, recent graduates/school leavers will be considered
• Personable with strong verbal and written communication
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
