In charge of the tender management by defining customers’ requirements, coordinating to internal stakeholders with bidding solutions
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts
Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
Handle customers' enquiries and requests from different channels
Assist in ad hoc duties projects as assignedÂ
Higher Diploma/ Bachelor degree with 1 - 2 years relevant experience
Solid experience on tender management/ quotation/ customer care/ business development field would be an advantage
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Independent, outgoing, energetic
Good team player with a good sense of responsibility
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduate will be considered
Immediate available is preferred
