First Line of Defence Focus on Risk, Compliance and Control Our client is an international private bank with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. You will: Strengthen risk management governance in the first line of defence by ensuring adequate supervision of day-to-day business conduct and activities of the Front Office, adhering to internal directives, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Oversee and collaborate closely with the Front Office to continually enhance operational risk processes and refine business operation.  Provide guidance and advice to the Front Office on the Bank’s internal directives and procedures, compliance and regulatory-related matters, including but not limited to AML/CFT policy and procedural changes, cross-border marketing guidelines, adherence to advisory and suitability policies and procedures, fraud prevention policy and procedures. Conduct thorough analysis and regular business and control reviews to get insightful outcomes and recommendations, aiding in decision-making and risk assessment.  Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points and any issues regulators raise. Foster a strong risk culture and conduct awareness amongst the Front Office with the relevant training, market intelligence and knowledge sharing. Lead and support business initiatives, process-related risk projects, working groups, business forums and governance meetings, where appropriate. To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in business management, risk management, compliance or other relevant banking experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

• Developing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns to meet our clients' business goals
• Analysing account performance and providing the proactive improvement strategy
• Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor and environment feedback
• Work closely with our extensive teams in APAC/EU as well as the account team at the HK office to ensure the quality of service across clients
• Lead multichannel strategy, planning, and implementation
• Managing client budgets
• Getting involved in business development, including attending prospective pitches
• Delegating and organising priorities as a Team Lead
• Helping the team retain great relationships with our clients by taking calls, responding to emails, taking part in presentations, and attending face to face meetings

THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 7 years of digital marketing activation experience, preferably in a digital agency, with at least 4 years in people-management role
• Understand all digital channels dynamics with brand / performance marketing experience
• Digital media planning / strategy experience (including PPC, Display and Social) in particular e-Commerce business
• Knowledge in consumer behavior and ability to connect insights with media activation
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Hands on knowledge in Google's Product Suite (Google Ads - Search, Display & Video, CM360, SA360, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to perform and work in a highly dynamic and rapid changing environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with internal team and external client
• Ability to articulate yourself concisely, both verbally and with the written work
• Highly developed analytical / numeracy skills to develop solutions on meaningful data
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of SQL & offline media planning/ buying is a plus
