The Opportunity

The Territory Account Manager works within Digital Media Team and undertakes a variety of roles critical to the success of growing Adobe's revenue. This role sales for new customers in Hong Kong. You will need to understand and interpret customer requirements and drive new accounts, As a Territory Account Manager, you will carry a revenue target in Hong Kong and a new customer target which is measured quarterly.

What You'll Do

• Exceed quarterly and Annual Region Revenue and new customer Targets
• Manage partner deployment region, motivate them to invest more resources in Adobe's business
• Manage partner Sales, ensure partner business success. work with partners to follow-up with their customer
• Conduct regular accounts review with partners and get partner feedback to the management team
• Provide regular engage to resellers on new product knowledge and sales skills
• Build and maintain a required new business schedule and track pipeline progress
• Manage and close the pipeline of new deals by driving all aspects of the sales cycle
• Prepare activity and weekly forecast, monthly review report
• Work with the outsourced firm to conduct AP activities and manage them on high efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with Renew team, business development, Solution consulting team and marketing to drive objectives like industry program/campaigns, CES incentive/others program

What You Need To Succeed

• Must have a proven track record in achieving &. over-achieving targets within an IT Sales capacity, preferably selling Software Solutions.
• Experience in sales and channel sales role
• At least 5 years of sales experience
• Preferably have completed a degree in business, IT, marketing or similar
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Team Work
• Passion to encourage the team member to go high
• Strong verbal communication skills (talking and listening)
• Proficient in Cantonese, English & Mandarin (Reading, written and spoken)

Job Description

Job Summary:

The position reports to the Head of HK and SEA Intermediary Sales, and forms part of the team focusing on generating business from retail distribution channels through Hong Kong. This includes banks, insurance firms, family offices, security houses as well as digital platforms

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Continue to build Invesco’s relationships with key stakeholders of intermediaries to expand the book of business
• Adequately present asset class and capabilities of investment teams at the early stages of engagement
• Work on RFIs / RFPs as part of the onboarding process for intermediaries
• Lead Distribution Agreement discussions
• Achieve sales and revenue target as assigned
• Achieve agreed level of client engagement activities
• Actively market existing products include having regular conversations with various teams in the intermediaries to highlight attractiveness and strength of Invesco products versus peers
• Support clients when they conduct peer comparison analysis
• Coordinate and lead in the organization of roadshows / RM briefings
• Address issues/challenges that clients may face with respect to selling our products to their end investors
• Work closely with other departments (E.g. Investment, Compliance, Singapore Retail Sales) in delivering timely response and solving issues faced by clients
• Work closely with HK Retail Sales team to ensure collaborative marketing efforts to intermediaries with presence in both locations

Work Experience / Knowledge: 

Preferred 7 - 10 years of experience in sales of investment products, preferably also with some knowledge of funds’ research

Experience and knowledge of key large distributors in Hong Kong are a plus

Role Overview:

The Customer Support Executive is ideal for a recent graduate, school leaver or experienced administrative/support professional looking to join an International Research Company, where they will be primarily responsible for supporting our customers with their online queries regarding content and purchasing of reports and the facilitations of leads for sales teams.

The Customer Support Executive’s role is to contribute to the team’s work of driving brand awareness and online revenue, specifically focusing on assisting visitors to the site, answering questions on our products and services and increasing conversion rates. Support is primarily delivered through direct communication with our clients in real time and by email.  Customer Support Executives are required to be become experts on the complete product portfolio, have excellent communication skills and a helpful nature, when answering a wide range of often complex questions from business leaders, prospective clients and visitors to the website.

The successful candidate will be part of an international team across three key time zone locations (APAC, EMEAI, Americas) that allows Euromonitor to offer our clients 24 support.

Key responsibilities:

• Real time online client and order support, answering client questions on Euromonitor International’s products, services and methodology.
• Assisting with client queries, making suggestions for purchases and solving any issues related to purchasing.
• Liaising with industry research teams with questions or feedback as necessary.
• Online order processing and facilitation of order completion.
• Monitoring incoming queries and providing support.
• Updating Salesforce in regards to all client engagement.
