Position Summary

• Perform market research and analysis on competitor/comparable products.

• Ideally candidates should have relevant Product manager experience in range from 3-5 years of experience.
• Some experience in trading products is strongly preferred
• Some experience with blockchain is strongly preferred
• Experience in interacting with B2B clients to understand their needs
• Experience in techniques such as focus groups, conjoint analysis would be beneficial. May not necessarily be used in Hex Trust, but will be a valuable background while interacting with clients and business teams, to drive productive conversations

The Senior Lead Counsel 1 is a senior level position responsible for providing legal counsel and support to aligned countries/geographies of responsibility. About the Role

• Propose hedge and strategic initiatives, enhance existing hedge strategies and support any requirements needed including stakeholder communications for approval of framework and ongoing management

Main responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership:

• Meet sales goals by leading, managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to a team of full-time and part-time retail associates

Effective implementation of AML and Economic Sanctions compliance program

• To implement AML and Economic Sanctions Guidelines and programs, including but not limited to embedding compliance requirement in day-to-day operations of business.
