Our client, an esteemed investment institution, is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IT infrastructure for the private investment firm, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the firm's business objectives. Manage and monitor the M365 cloud environment, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Maintain and optimize virtualization technologies using VMware, ensuring high availability and performance. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and data security. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve the firm's IT infrastructure. Requirements: Extensive experience in CISCO networking, including a strong ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network components. Regional exposure, with a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations or countries. Expertise in M365 cloud services, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere and vCenter. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with global teams and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent are preferred. Proven experience in IT infrastructure management roles, demonstrating strong leadership and technical expertise.
