About the Role
We’re now looking for a driven Server to join Pici Wan Chai, the flagship outlet of Hong Kong’s neighbourhood pasta bar.
You will work alongside a supervisor and be responsible for table service in your section. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, making the guests feel welcome and attending to any requests.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure smooth implementation and execution of the restaurant operation
Provide training to the team to deliver the highest quality of service and sustain brand image
Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant
Supervise and coordinate the prompt, high standard, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant
Provide support to Restaurant Manager in coordinating a variety of activities such as hiring and training, arranging schedules and guest requirements
Control stocks for daily use in restaurants to ensure service requirements are met
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility within your role
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
Experience working in hospitality is beneficial
