About the Role

Duties / Accountabilities

• Perform premium settlement and refund
• Perform premium collection and prepare credit control progress reports
• Prepare month end closing vouchers
• Prepare accounts reconciliations and follow up outstanding items
• Assist in regulatory reporting
• Maintain adequate filing system and perform assigned clerical tasks

Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word  
• System knowledge in AS400 is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Education/Work Experience

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• LCCI Third Level or higher professional accounting qualification
• At least 1 year of work experience in accounting
• More experience will be considered Accounting Analyst

About the Role

Duties / Accountabilities

• Help introduce products & services to clients & intermediaries by developing and maintaining good working relationship with them through regular visits;
• Provide quotation & advice to clients / intermediaries as well as handle services & product enquiries;
• Support the team in organizing marketing activities and promotional campaigns;
• Prepare routine reports and provide daily supports to the team for developing GI & Travel business
• Obtain and maintain licence as an individual insurance agent of Blue Cross with the Insurance Authority, and, where necessary, upon successful licensing as individual insurance agent with the Insurance Authority, advise on or arrange contracts of insurance or carry on regulated activity;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Competencies

• A team player with great initiative, positive and ability to work under pressure;
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Work Experience

• University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, or Diploma in insurance or related disciplines;
• Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company, and the minimum education and qualifications requirements, including but not limited to passes in IIQE Paper 1 & 2 [subject to the regulated activities to be conducted];
• Qualified IIQAS, LOMA, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or other related professional insurance qualifications an advantage;
• Minimum 1 year’s work experience; fresh graduate will also be considered.
