About the Role
We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Cook to join Pici Tsim Sha Tsui, our intimate home for fresh, hand-rolled pasta on Hart Avenue.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot, cold and pasta production sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facilities repair and maintenance activities at our manufacturing sites. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and proper operations of our facilities through regular preventive maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for managing all facilities repair and maintenance activities at our manufacturing sites.

From day-to-day, you’ll...
Assist in arranging sampling & testing for various materials such as starting materials, packaging materials & finished products etc;
Assist in managing work allocation of frontline QC staff to ensure all QC resources are fully utilized in an effective way;
Devise and review GMP documents such as various material specifications, SOPs, training materials;
Review and manage various Batch Production Records, various record forms & test reports;
Involve in various validation activities, equipment calibration activities and product stability studies;
Assist in EM / compressed air and purified water monitoring program
Provide and maintain training program for all QC staff with preset schedule;
Assist in Quality Management System Implementation such OOS investigation, Risk Assessment, Deviation & Incident Investigation Management, Product Quality Complaint & CAPA etc.
Degree holder in Chemistry, Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines.
Having at least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in chemical analysis of TCM and/or pharmaceuticals, and preferably with microbiological analysis experience.
Familiar with PIC/s GMP is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Prepare electrical wiring drawing for new lift / escalator installation
Coordinate the signal interface according to contract requirements
Prepare purchase orders for Factory and local material
Manage and follow up with vendors for material delivery
Collaborate and review solutions to technical problems on job site installation
Requirements:
High Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Service discipline or equivalent, fresh graduate will also be considered
2-3 years working experience in engineering disciplines
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Able to work independently and under pressure
Familiar with AutoCAD software operation in an advantage
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
