About the Role
We're now looking for a driven and charismatic Floor Manager to join TMK Rap & Rolls, the hip-hop inspired branch of our good times temakeria in Wan Chai.
As a Floor Manager, you will oversee, lead, and help to coordinate the planning, organizing, and training necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and cleanliness.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, and a minimum of one year experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant, be hands-on, and enjoy being guest-facing.

You will be responsible for the project management and installation functions of all Modification projects secured by Service Department. Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline

Passionate in driving continuous improvement and taking up new challenges
Strong customer-centric mindset and business acumen
Able to cope with pressure with excellent influencing skill

Vita Green Group is looking for an HR Operations Manager with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits and a proven track record in regional HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in designing and implementing efficient HR processes that support our diverse workforce across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR operations team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, and employee data management.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive C&B strategy that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's goals and regional differences.
Conduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure our C&B offerings are attractive and retain top talent.
Coordinate with regional HR teams or vendors to harmonize HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Streamline and optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability to support business growth.
Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HR technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery.
Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgeting for salaries, benefits, and other HR-related expenses.
Provide expertise and guidance on complex HR operational matters, including tax implications, legal compliance, and policy development.
Work closely with the talent acquisition and HRBP teams to integrate C&B strategies with recruitment and employee growth initiatives.
Prepare and present analytics and reports on HR operational metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
Strong background in regional HR operations, with a deep understanding of varying employment laws and practices.
Demonstrated experience in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with a preference for candidates who have overseen implementations or upgrades.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex data.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
Proactive and results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
