OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Infopro Digital Business Exec position is a team-oriented, quota carrying role that will focus on revenue generation for the Global Financial Market brands, specifically selling our Risk.Net, FX Markets and Waters Technology products to clients globally. This role will sell enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships to new clients, whilst working alongside the Account Management team to ensure clients buy our full suite of products. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong to oversee our inventory replenishment. You will collaborate with suppliers globally and coordinate the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our warehouse in the US. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital to maintaining the flow of our supply chain and meeting retail demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with external logistics partners and suppliers.
Oversee international shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and handle any issues with transportation.
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan accordingly.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization in the logistics process.

We are looking for a highly organised and dependable HR professional to join us as a Talent Acquisition Executive. You will support Areas of Responsibility (AORs) in our business with all aspects of recruitment.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for recruitment in your AOR; you will work closely with Hiring Managers to source market-leading candidates and then guide them through the recruitment life cycle.

Duties & Responsibilities
Candidate attraction, ensure that you are using every avenue available, from advertising, and networking to attending career days, to attract the best candidates for the vacancies you are working on
Develop strong working relationships with Hiring Managers in the business driven by regular communication
Fully utilize our recruitment software, ensuring the areas you are responsible for are up to date
Oversee and take ownership of the complete recruitment life cycle from taking the initial job brief, advertising, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and offering or regretting candidates
Conduct professional and in-depth first interviews with candidates
Admin responsibilities, collecting references, writing interviews, and any other admin tasks
Minimum of one year’s experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing, ideally within the F&B sector
Experience in volume recruitment and recruitment software
In-depth understanding of the Hong Kong labour market
Strong sense of accountability
Highly organised with solid administration skills
Capable of working from own initiative
Works well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A team player with a love for interacting with a wide variety of people, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid Business acumen, comfortable with data and figures
