You will be responsible for developing consumer goods products across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Perform market research to determine the products to be developed.
Ensure design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.

Overall Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
To act as a first point of contact for all Human Resources enquires.
To be a systems administrator for the HR database. To be able to handle all access, password, and basic user training.
Input and update information is recorded on the HR System and other data sources. Ensure accurate HR records on all employees are maintained and regularly updated.
To be responsible for ensuring all documents on the HR System, and Personnel files are filed promptly and accurately indexed for electronic referencing.
Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details. This includes inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details and family leave.
Ensure staff records are well maintained and that periodic tidying up of records is undertaken.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, such as process modelling, use case development, and requirements management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.

What you need to do
Assist project manager in reviewing, monitoring, and implementing projects; and keep all parties accountable for deliverables to ensure timely project execution
Communicate with different stakeholders to update necessary information and ensure the same understanding is achieved and aligned
Analyse business and user requirements, propose solutions and create design specifications
Coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings and identify technical problems
Prepare test plan, organise and conduct UAT
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or other Business Management related disciplines
Ideally 2-3 years of experience.
Proven communication and organisational skills are required
Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving skills and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, positive, and detailed oriented
Able to work under pressure with a tight schedule
Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

We’re now looking for an energetic Senior Cook to join The Pizza Project Wan Chai, the friendly outpost of our pizza restaurant for the people on Star Street.
You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen and supporting the senior chefs during service. You will work across the hot and cold sections, assembling dishes to our high standards in a timely fashion.
